As a new company we are always looking for feedback on the products that we sell and would appreciate your time in filling out the returns slip with reason codes that relate to your return. This will help us to improve the service that we offer you.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused items that are returned in the same condition as they were received. 

All original labelling and packaging must be in tact. 

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Your completed returns slip as proof of purchase must be included in your return bag/package. 

How to Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item please fill in your returns form stating the item/s that you would like to return and the item/s that you would like to exchange with.

If the exchange item/s total a higher price than those of the returned items/s your card will be charged the balance. If your exchange item/s total a lower price than those of your returned items, you will be credited the difference.

During term time, please text 07949 158708 or email elle@pearlandmossuniform.co.uk to arrange collection from outside school.

If outside of term time, please return to:

24 Wrotham Road, High Barnet, Herts EN5 4LE

When your new items are ready to be collected, you will be contacted by email or text message to arrange school pick-up or delivery. This will usually be within 2-7 days.

How to Return

If you would like to return an item during term time, please text 07949 158708 or email elle@pearlandmossuniform.co.uk to arrange its collection from outside school.

If outside of term time, please return to:

24 Wrotham Road, High Barnet, Herts EN5 4LE.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card. Please note that the time taken for funds to show in your account varies across different card issuers. Usually funds will appear within 3-14 working days.

If you paid in cash, we will contact you by email or text to arrange the return your cash to you in person.

Late or Missing Refunds  

If you have not received your refund yet please note that bank processing times can take up to 14 working days. If you are concerned about where your refund is, however, please do contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact elle@pearlandmossuniform.co.uk and we will see what we can do at our end to help.

Sale Items 

Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
