Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused items that are returned in the same condition as they were received.
All original labelling and packaging must be in tact.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your packing slip with your returned items.
How to Exchange
If you would like to make an exchange please email email@example.com stating your order number, the item/s that you would like to return and the item/s that you would like to exchange with.
If the exchange item/s total a higher price than those of the returned items/s your card will be charged the balance. If your exchange item/s total a lower price than those of your returned items, you will be credited the difference.
When your new items are ready, you will be contacted by email or text message to arrange delivery and collection of your original items. This will usually be within 2-7 days.
How to Return
If you would like to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the item/s that you would like to return. We will email you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card. Please note that the time taken for funds to show in your account varies across different card issuers. Usually funds will appear within 3-14 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet please note that bank processing times can take up to 14 working days. If you are concerned about where your refund is, however, please do contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact email@example.com and we will see what we can do at our end to help.
Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
