Foulds School Delivery

Local EN5 delivery can be arranged via email or text message and is free of charge. 

We offer free delivery to Foulds School on a weekly basis and can arrange to meet you

St Andrew's School Delivery

We offer free delivery to St. Andrew's School on a weekly basis and will leave your order with the School Office. When ordering please put your child's name in the 'Notes' section to make it easier for the office team to identify each delivery.

You will receive a text or email on the day that we are making the delivery to inform you.

If you urgently need an item or would like to check delivery on specific products, please use the contact form to get in touch. You can also send us a message in the notes section when you place your order.

Customer care is our biggest priority and we will do whatever we can to help you to receive what you need when you need it by.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused items that are returned in the same condition as they were received. 

All original labelling and packaging must be intact. 

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your packing slip with your returned items. 

How to Exchange

If you would like to make an exchange please get in touch stating your order number, the item/s that you would like to return and the item/s that you would like to exchange with.

If the exchange item or basket total is a higher price than those of the returned items/s your card will be charged the balance. If your exchange item or basket total is a lower price than those of your returned items, you will be credited the difference.

When your new items are ready, you will be contacted by email or text message to arrange delivery and collection of your original items. This will usually be within 2-7 days.

How to Return

If you would like to make a return, don't hesitate to get in touch stating your order number and the item/s that you would like to return. We will email you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card. Please note that the time taken for funds to show in your account varies across different card issuers. Usually funds will appear within 3-14 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds  

If you have not received your refund yet, please note that bank processing times can take up to 14 working days. If you are concerned, click here to contact us by email and we will see what we can do at our end to help.

Sale Items 

Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
